VINYL COLOR: These shirts come with the choice of white or black vinyl. Please note that white, silver and heather grey shirts will be printed with black vinyl. And black shirts will be printed with white vinyl. All other colors can be done in either white or black vinyl. Please indicate your choice of color vinyl with the "Contact Seller" button.

SHIPPING: Items that you want to be sent to an APO/personal address must be done so through the website. Go to the shipping drop down and choose the type of shipping you want to use. Please realize that there is NO FREE SHIPPING-On Etsy, there are only a few setting options available to us. (FREE Liaison pick up is not one of them.) Normally to set shipping rates, all items (Even those being picked up by the Liaison) would fall under the shipping fees, so we had to use the FREE Shipping option overall, but state that shipping MUST be paid for in advance for anything going to one's home or APO address. We apologize for the confusion!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: For longer garment life, turn inside out and wash cold, tumble dry low. If the garment is going to be ironed, use low temp or cover printed area with craft paper.
CUSTOMIZATION: This shirt can be customized with your personal call sign replacing the “Ready Now” on the front of the shirt. This option is an additional $3.00. If you are interested in this service choose the "Custom Call Sign" option in the drop down, then include your call sign and shirt size in the notes section. If there are multiple shirts that need customization please list each shirt, size & call sign. If you do not see your size listed please email us and we can look into ordering your size.
NOTE ON CUSTOMIZATION: “Per the Battalion Commander ONLY COMPANY CALL SIGNS may be worn on PT shirts and PT sweatshirts. You may put platoon call signs on any garment you choose, but they may NOT be worn for PT. Again, the only authorized call signs for PT gear will be…STALWART, ABLE, BUSHMASTER, CENTURION, DEMON, HELLHOG & OUTLAW. If you have questions about this please see your commander.”
UNIT PICKUP: The FREE Liaison pick-up is ONLY for items being picked up at the unit at Fort Carson. Pickups at the unit are on Fridays at the BN Staff Duty Desk between 0930-1400. If you are not in uniform please bring ID. Note about checkout: At checkout you will be required to add a personal shipping address, even if you plan on picking up at the unit. If you choose the FREE SHIPPING option at checkout your item WILL be sent to the unit.
Your shirts will be ready two weeks from the week you ordered it. For example: If you order during the 1st week of the month, your pick up at the unit will be the 3rd week of the month on the scheduled pickup day.

In an effort to keep costs down, and because we're located close to Fort Carson, we don't want to add the additional cost of shipping to every order. This means if you select a "Free Shipping" option you must either pick-up your order in person, or have the liaison pick up your order and bring it back to the base where you can pick it up from their office. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING. Items that you want to be sent to an APO/personal address must have shipping paid for through the website. Please call or text to set up a time to pick up your order (719-482-0076). You will be notified by email once your order is done and ready to be picked up.
We do accept returns for exchanges, but they must be unworn and not washed. If you accidently ordered the wrong size, you can bring your order back and we can exchange it for the correct size. Because we fulfill orders as they come in, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind once we have completed your order. You do have a window after you’ve ordered, and before we complete it to cancel your order if you’ve changed your mind.
If we made a mistake on your order, or there’s a garment imperfection that we didn’t catch, please let us know and we will correct it.
